Can I preview a bespoke design before purchase?

Yes, just email contact@devahearts.co.uk with the product you’re thinking of and the name / photo you’d like to use (if a silhouette design) and you will receive a free of charge model / rendered image of your item within 24 hours. This is a completely free service with no clause to buy any potential design.

 

How do I submit a photo to Deva Hearts for a silhouette product?

Send your photo(s) direct to contact@devahearts.co.uk

 

What are photo requirements for silhouette pieces?

Photos can be taken on any device, i.e. phone etc. Your photo should show a clear side shot of the face (incorporating whole head) and be as high a resolution as possible. Photos should be taken from around eye-level, ideally from around 0.5m metres away.

 

What if I don’t like the design?

You can feedback any design information until you are happy with the final design prior to casting.

 

How can I pay for my item?

You can pay by PayPal or Debit / Credit Card using established world-wide secure payment systems.
