FOR NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

 

Contact Deva Hearts within 14 days of delivery.

 

Send items back within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused.

 

International Returns

If an international delivery is returned, the customer will be refunded the cost of their order minus the international delivery fee paid at checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Returns

Statutory rights apply for any items which arrive in a damaged or faulty condition.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • If you are the winner of a Facebook / Instagram competition, your winning item includes free delivery.

  • Should contact with the winner not be possible after 7 days of the competition end date, an alternate winner will be announced.

  • Returns / exchanges or refunds are not available for items won through competitions, unless the item is proven faulty.
